No! We welcome you at any stage of your running journey.

The sessions go for approximately 60 minutes. Depending on your running experience and current fitness levels, this may vary significantly. Where required, there are options to modify each session to ensure you can leave on time.

We’d love to see you at our group sessions, but we know our training times and locations aren’t possible for everyone!
